With this script, if you put "% categoryname" (without the quotes) in an email, your post will be categorized right away. You can put as many category as you want, one per line."

I found this link on Robert Scoble's site. I don't think this is linked to on the Radio UserLand site.

Movable Radio
This is untested, but the following :
// Assume that these are actually defined....
local (appkey,blogId,username,password,server,port,rpcPath,protocol);

local (params = {appkey, string (blogId), string (username), string (password), number (0)});
local (postlist = xml.rpc (server, port, "blogger.getRecentPosts", @params, rpcPath:rpcPath, protocol:protocol));

for item in postlist {
local (adrblog=radio.weblog.init ());
local (adrpost = @adrblog^.posts.[string.padwithzeros (item.postid, 8)]);
radio.weblog.post(item.content,nil,item.dateCreated,adrpost)}

should import an entire Movable Type weblog in to Radio

Seattle Post-Intelligencer: MLB

"NEW YORK -- Paul O'Neill will be back with the New York Yankees this year - as a broadcaster.
O'Neill, one of the most popular players on the Yankees in recent years, will work about 25 games as a pre- and postgame analyst on the YES Network, a regional cable network being launched by the Yankees in March."

I hope he doesn't break too many microphones.

"So the release formerly known as 7.1, will henceforth be known as 8.0. Friday is the ship date, we may slip to Monday. (We probably will.)"

It will be Friday, or Monday, and it will be 8.0!

"We're getting so close to a better information environment. Here's John Robb on a new way to organize information on your desktop and within workgroups and even entire enterprises: desktop data silos. It doesn't make much sense today, but on Friday, when the company John works for releases a new version of one of its products, it will all start to come together conceptually."

Is Radio UserLand 7.1 coming out on Friday? Is that what Michael Fraase is referring to above?

Time Canada got the scoop

Time Canada got the scoop on Apple's new product. "It should look like a sunflower," said Steve. Net-net it's a flat panel desktop computer, with a DVD burner and bundled software for movie making, playing MP3s and processing digital images (in other words no new software). Did I miss anything? Seems to be no wireless innovation here, no capitalizing on their pioneering role in 802.11b. Oy a week of teasing for an expensive high-design but otherwise ordinary desktop PC.  [Scripting News]
Good. I'll be able to sleep tonight, but what else will be announced tomorrow?
