M’s trade with Padres
Seattle Post-Intelligencer: MLB “San Diego sent catcher Ben Davis, infielder Alex Arias, and pitcher Wascar Serrano to Seattle in exchange for pitcher Brett Tomko, infielder Ramon Vazquez, and catcher Tom Lampkin.”
They pick up a good young catcher, veteran infield protection, and another young pitcher. I hate to see Lampkin go, but improvement at catcher was needed.
